Welcome back, squad.
I didn’t really know what to post about today…but then!!
I found this thing on Substack where people look up their aesthetic by typing their names into Pinterest’s search bar (like, “Ava aesthetic”). It’s not always entirely accurate, but it looked like fun.
I looked up my actual name first. Pro tip for life: don’t share a name with a Disney character. That’s all it’ll give you.
Anyway, here’s the Ava aesthetic!!

This is the vibe, folks. Of course, I chose the ones I liked best (there were some odd ones š¬), but you get the picture. Go forth and find your aesthetic!!
Always,
Ava š¼
P.S. So school has started back up. It has sucked all the creative energies from my brain. Hence the less-than-in-depth post. I most humbly apologize. This is also my excuse if I don’t respond to comments or something as swiftly as I usually do. Happy September š

I have been hearing about this aesthetic thing. Only I don’t have pinterest so I cannot do it. Alas. Perhaps I shall bully my cousin into doing it for me. (But then she would try to bully ME into just getting pinterest, so it might not be worth it.)
I love yours though!!!
It was too intriguing to pass up. When your cousin is distracted, steal her device and her Pinterest account. Or thereās always the bullying approachā¦
Thanks!! It turned out better than expected!!
I would, except she’s about a 23 hour drive from me at the moment. š (Stealing things from this distance gets a tad bit tricky. . .)
Now I’m curious what mine would be though. . . (Probably lots of travel-related things.)
Small detailsā¦looks like youāre gonna have to go with the bullying tactic. Or the āpretty pleaseā tactic. Promise her youāll send her something in the mail. Thatās definitely sufficient compensation. I do believe youāre right; youād probably get roads and pine trees and lanterns and such.
Indeed. She sent me weird Japanese candy from when she was there and I have promised her weird European candy in return. Perhaps this shall be sufficient. It will probably not be overly hard to convince her, if I catch her on a good day. *Scheming face*
Oh thatās so cool!! I wish you all the luck. And I can also tell you, because I got curious, your aesthetic is indeed pine trees and roads, along with maps and compasses and peoples in the outdoors and aesthetic car rides and trains. If you want specific pictures though, you better hope you catch your cousin in a good mood š
May I suggest two things to do? The three B’s. Beg, bribe, blackmail. Bribing has, somehow, never worked for me for some reason. Begging has always worked very well though!!! Just email her about it hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of times till she’s either sorry for thee or is so annoyed she’ll do anything to get you to stop. XD Or send her that clip from Migration: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JbX56fJTZvg (just stick around for one minute and ten seconds!!!!! Then you shall see!!!)
I myself have never tried blackmail due to it being illegal…
(And lol not me realizing your comment was in September…. Sorry Journey!)
Hehe. This is sound advice. Usually she responds best to bribery, I’ve found. Begging is inefficient. Consequently, I forgot to ask her. . .
No problems! I do this all the time. I am glad you’ve stumbled upon Ava’s blog, for it is a most marvelous place to be.
Oh, what a lovely aesthetic! I have Pinterest, but I’ve never tried this…it looks very neat, though! (One of my favorite things about Pinterest is the medieval art memes :P)
Thank you!! I would recommend; ātis a splendid diversion. And who doesnāt want to peruse aesthetic images?? I mean, really. I usually use Pinterest mainly for lotr/Narnia memes, so weāre not that different in that regard š
I luv this!! My aesthetic ended up being like cottages/castles and beauty and the beast themed stuff, which makes me happy because Belle is my fav Disney princess!! Anywho, cool cool! Awesome post!!
Oh that’s fun!! I too ended up with Disney stuff from the outset…until I tried my pen name. Then ofc, I tried all my acquaintance’s names. My cousin’s aesthetic is absolutely to die for!!
Glad you enjoyed this rather lazy post!! ‘Twas rather fun, but not very taxing on my poor brain.
Oh ok!! Fun fun, ooh I didn’t try anyone else’s names, but I for sure am now š didn’t even think of it! Oh that’s awesome!!
It was awesome! š
Oh definitely go try that then. It was cool for this skeptic to see that it really does give people different aesthetics. My cousin’s was all old books and violins and rainy windows and very old timey academia and it was amazing.
Yes, I will. Hehe yes. It is intriguing to see what names bring up certain pictures.
Oh that’s cool! I luv that!
this sounds fun- I love your aesthetic. I might do it too!
Glad you liked it!! I think it’s really fun; do go try it!!
Okay, I love this. The cat poured on the porch railing is a mood unto itself. I think I might have to see what aesthetic Pinterest has in store for me…knowing my luck it’ll just be a bunch of ads.
Isn’t it fun?? I think that cat might be my spirit animal. I wish you luck in your aesthetic finding!! It’s tricky if your name matches some movie or content maker, since then that’s all pinterest will give you.
Yours and mine both. Thanks for the well wishes! I share a name with two actresses, so I’ll need them. We’ll see if I get anything beyond pictures of Hollywood starlets.
What an interesting idea, I’m heading to Pinterest now to test it out! Your aesthetic is lovely though!!! Love the ocean and farm themes!
It’s far more fun than it has any right to be. And it’s a rather accurate depiction in that area; I dream of living on the beach but am doomed to living in farmland. Alas.
